About the ALIVE Active Shooter Survival® Program
The A.L.I.V.E. Active Shooter Survival Training Program® is a comprehensive, mindset-driven safety system designed to empower individuals to survive active assailant incidents by shifting their response from panic and freezing to proactive reactionism. Founded by Michael Julian in 2014, the program replaces outdated passivity with a clear, five-step survival protocol: Assess the situation logically, Leave the danger zone rapidly, Impede the assailant's access through lock-and-block strategies, commit to controlled Violence when confronted, and Expose position carefully once safe. Our certified instructors serve as the engine room of this mission, actively transforming workplaces, schools, healthcare facilities, and houses of worship into resilient, empowered communities. By delivering Module A core instruction and Module B scenario-based simulations, instructors instill both the psychological fortitude and practical tactical skills required to make split-second, life-saving decisions under extreme stress. Every day, through public outreach, client training engagements, and corporate compliance facilitation (such as California SB 553 support), A.L.I.V.E instructors directly expand our global footprint, replacing helplessness with confidence and actively saving lives across the globe.
Make Your Investment Back In 1 Hour!
The T3 Certification is designed not only as an operational capability for internal corporate leaders, but as a turn-key business opportunity for independent security professionals, consultants, and trainers. Conducting just one single 1-hour training session for a small group of fewer than 30 attendees completely recoups your initial tuition investment. Every training delivered after that is pure profit for your business or immediate cost-savings for your organization - nothing owed to A.L.I.V.E.
What To Expect After Securing Your Seat
After securing your seat for the September course or any future T3 class, maintaining active certified instructor status requires an active $50/month subscription (or a discounted $500 prepaid annual option), which carries a mandatory 1-year minimum commitment. This subscription grants ongoing access to the official A.L.I.V.E. Instructor Portal—including downloadable presentation slide decks, marketing materials, sales cost sheets, and official brand assets. Please note that failing to maintain an active subscription immediately revokes access to all vital training materials, media, and administrative resources necessary to present or sell the program. Furthermore, during your tenure as an active certified A.L.I.V.E. Instructor, A.L.I.V.E. strictly prohibits the marketing, distribution, or representation of outside, competing, or third-party active shooter or security training organizations. Your seat reservation and confirmed training date will be officially guaranteed upon receipt and digital execution of the formal A.L.I.V.E. Instructor Agreement, which outlines all full terms, operational guidelines, and legal standards. Signing the Instructor Agreement constitutes consent to a criminal background check and requires disclosure of any criminal history. Failure to adequately disclose such history may result in a refund of payment and denial of certification by ALIVE, LLC.
